Mold damage

A small toilet leak was what led to this water damage at resident's home. The homeowner said, "The wall looked dry, but did notice the toilet had been leaking for some time now and was afraid there may be some mold behind the drywall." After ripping out the drywall it was unfortunate there was mold behind the drywall.
