Water Leak

This commercial building had a water leak in the wall.  The drywall became saturated to a point of it crumbling.  This hole was easily pushed in, and the wall around it was wet.  There was insulation in the wall, which only helped to hold the water in, keeping the drywall wet.  SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East came in to help, removing the wall and the wet insulation behind it.  At that point, the framing (which was also wet) was exposed.  We set up drying equipment and dried all affected areas out.  Once all areas were dry, the area was ready to put in new insulation, drywall, and paint.
