Tom Dorvin

Franchise Owner

Tom Dorvin is one of the new part-owners of SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East. Tom was born and raised in New Orleans but has since made his way to Corpus Christi. Tom is ASD and WRT Certified by the IICRC and is eager to begin his journey with SERVPRO.

Tom enjoys helping people and is empathetic
to the situations his customers may face. Tom's positive attitude and great work ethic will allow him to thrive at SERVPRO of Corpus Christi and
truly help the franchise blossom.

In Tom's free time he enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, exercising, and supporting Louisiana sports teams. Welcome Tom!

Jim Metteauer

Franchise Owner

Jim Metteauer is part owner of SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East. He grew up in a small town in East Texas and later went on to attain a degree in Civil Engineering. Post-grad he traveled to seventeen countries and worked in the oil fields for 12 years. He has always enjoyed servicing people and the construction industry and consequently joined forces with his two friends to start SERVPRO of Metairie together. He is a licensed mold contractor in Louisiana and Texas, and he has his residential and commercial contractor license in the state of Louisiana. When he is not at work he loves spending time with his beagle-greyhound mix, Carolina, and taking her on adventures!

William Love

Franchise Owner

Will grew up on the Mississippi coast and lived through Hurricane Katrina. After the storm, he was inspired to be able to help others in the community during trying times.

Before he became a SERVPRO franchise owner he was a stay-at-home dad and part-time pastry chef! He enjoys whipping up cookies, cakes, and his famous Tiramisu. Will also loves hanging out with his wife, 2 daughters, and the boys.

Taylor Rosson

Franchise Owner

As one of the owners of SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East, Taylor is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of all facets of the organization. He is trained, certified, and experienced in water and fire damage restoration through SERVPRO Industries, and holds Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) certifications from the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).  He graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor's degree in 2013.

Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, exercise, music, and passionately following all of his sports teams.

Marie Dotterwick

Office Manager

Marie is our Office Manager and she has been with SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East for 9 years.  She holds an IICRC certification in water damage restoration.  Marie is very knowledgeable in the water and fire damage restoration industry, and is a great asset to our customers as they try to work through their insurance claim.

Jon Alaniz

Emergency Response Manager

Jon Alaniz is SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East's Emergency Response Manager.

Has been in sales for over 5 years. He came onto the SERVPRO team 3 years ago and has been a great asset to the team.

In his free time he enjoys volunteering with young children who have disabilities. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

He loves working for SERVPRO because he believes in their principles: HONESTY, INTERGITY AND EXCELLENCE!

Jeremiah Kelm

Production Manager

Jeremiah has been in the water and fire damage restoration industry for 23 years, and 19 of those years have been with SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East as a Crew Chief and consequently Production Manager.  His Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) include water damage restoration, advanced structural drying, and fire and smoke restoration.  His certifications also include stone/ceramic tile cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.  In addition to these certifications, he is a licensed Mold Remediation Worker in the State of Texas.  He is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and more than capable of handling your emergency situation.
