Types of smoke:

Wet smoke

• Low heat, smoldering, pungent odor, sticky, smeary. Smoke webs are more difficult to clean.

Dry smoke

• Paper and Wood
• Fast burning, high temperatures, heat rises, therefore, the smoke rises.
