The two service techs Bakari and Oscars were extremely professional, knowledgeable, with outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. They were very informative about everything that needed to be done to achieve the results of the water and mold remediation. These two gentlemen were honest and trustworthy and displayed a high level of integrity in their work. I would highly recommend them for any future jobs.

We had a leak and had SERVPRO come out to do clean up and disinfection services. Kory, Bakari, Andy and Oscar amazing! They located the issue and resolved it right away. They were friendly, clean, and professional. I’d use them again if I ever needed their services in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this company!

I hired them after one of the warehouses we own in Corpus had a water heater that failed on the second floor and flooded the upstairs and downstairs. I found out about the damage on a Saturday evening. I called them and with-in 2 hours they were there and started the restoration work. I worked over the phone (since I was in Florida) with Jeremiah. He was very helpful and keep me in the loop as the work progressed. I also had to work with Alana Ramirez their Admin Assistant with all the paperwork. She was wonderful to work with as well. Once SERVPRO was finished with their portion I had to hire a plumber to replace the water heater and a construction company to repair and replace the walls, ceiling tiles and flooring. SERVPRO offered me a couple recommendations for both since I had no idea who to call on. I used Mokry Plumbing and MasterElite Construction, both were SERVPRO’s recommendations. They were outstanding as well. Thanks for a great all around experience from everyone!!!

Serve Pro , was instrumental in getting my home in shape for the home to be repaired , their staff was very Kind and sympathetic , and worked around our work schedule .
